I was studying the menu at Clutch Sandwich Co., a new deli sandwich joint at 3rd St. Market Hall. The Clutch Club looked good. Maybe The Gardner. As I continued my sandwich study, a man appeared behind the counter. “First time?” he asked. “Yep,” I replied. Without saying a word, he pointed at a single item on the menu: the Chipotle Chicken Salad sandwich. I looked from the menu to the man. Source
